Nerdy Science Cakes Competition

Butter the cake tin and roll out the fondant - this year's cutest and geekiest cake baking competition is back. You can bake alone, challenge your archenemy to a bake-off or take the whole colloquium group with you. As usual, the competition will be fierce, so search pinterest for inspo and start training hard now. Absolutely everyone can participate, both alone or as a team, and it's super easy. All you need to do is follow these three steps: 1. Find a cool nerdy concept you want to bake. Here, only your own creativity sets the limits. 2. Bake and decorate with scientific, fun or geeky decor, shape and form. Here you are free to assess what nerdy means to you. 3. Deliver the creation to the Science Library on pi-day 14 March between 9-11. Our honorable jury, and everyone else, will then admire the cakes. Then awesome prizes will be awarded and winners will be chosen - and the trophy, honor and fame will be yours for eternity. May the geekiest cake win.
